Billings (Ferguson); and his siblings, Russ-Ellen Harris, Russell Billings, Beverley Kemp (late Ernie), Rena Billings (Fox Ward), Richard Billings and John Billings.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tuscarora Indian Mission.
