He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Huey and Evelyn C. Huey (Manges); his siblings, Bertha Norgate (late Dave), Charles "Ed" Huey (late Joanne), Iris Pearce (late David) and Allen Huey (Jean); and his siblings-in-law, Marlene Gasbarre (late Sam), Gail Rivers and Robert "Bob" Rivers.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn M. Huey (Rivers); his children, Leeann K. Huey, Dawn Marie Cobello (Kevin) and Ronald E. Huey II; his grandchildren, Kennedy Huey and Alana Hall; his sisters, Mary Bushman (Jim) and Kathryn Huey; and his sisters-in-law, Judith Volland (Larry), Pat Barnes (Mike) and Sharon Rivers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
