He was predeceased by: his parents, Morton Kephart and Elda Kephart (Hoover); his wife Bernice May Richner; his grandson Michael Kephart; and his siblings, Dora Marien Kephart, Theodore Clarence, Bernice LaBant, Leslie Kephart, Vera Lipnicky, Onieda Shimmel and Rupert Kephart.
He is survived by: his sons, Roy Joseph Kephart (Patricia) and Brian Kephart (Karen); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Attea (Terry), Ryan Kephart (Chelsea), Chris Kephart (Kelly) and Leanne Kephart (John). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; Many nieces and nephews.
