She was predeceased by: her parents, C. William Smeal and Carolyn Smeal (Bloom); her son Ronald F. Barlow, Jr.; and her siblings, Dale and Stacey Smeal.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Fred" Barlow; her children, Jason Barlow (Donna), Eric Barlow (Becky) and Deana Barlow (Jamah Destino); her grandchildren, Jonathan W. Barlow (Brianna), Ronald F. Barlow, III, Samantha N. Barlow, Nadia, Vincinzo and Giovanna; her stepgranddaughter Zoey; and her brother William Smeal.
