With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra J. Monti of Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on February 4, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth J. Waggoner, Sr. and Marguerite Waggoner (Benson). She is survived by: her husband Robert 'Bob J. Monti; her stepdaughter Dana Carroll (Glenn); her grandchildren, Montgomery Carroll and Magdalena Carroll; her siblings, Sharon Rapp (Robert), Kathryn Steele and Kenneth Waggoner, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Debbie Waggoner. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
