We are sad to announce that, on February 28, 2026, Sean E. Parnell Sr. (Niagara Falls, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter J. Parnell and Peggy Miller (Lane); and his brother Raymond Norris (Karen). He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Parnell (Emery); his children, Patricia L. Haberl (Richard), Sean E. Parnell, Jr., Aaron J. Parnell and Patrick R. Parnell (Shannon A.); his grandchildren, Eleanor R. Haberl, Elliott C. Haberl, Finley S. Parnell and Keegan E. Parnell; his siblings, Robert Norris (Patti), Patricia Wienke and Mark Norris; and his half-brother Shannon Parnell. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
