She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Burns and Ruth Burns (Scotland); and her brothers, Bruce Burns (Maria), Douglas Burns and Thomas Burns.
She is survived by: her husband David A. Costanzo; her daughters, Denise Morreale (Matthew) and Shari Costanzo-Giancola; her grandchildren, David Waddington, James Waddington, Kaitlyn Giancola and Hailey Giancola; her son-in-law Keith Giancola; and her caregivers, Judy, ChrisAnne, Heather and Diane.
