She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Eagan and Joyce E. Eagan (Root); her son Matthew S. Willard; and her brother Daniel F.. She is survived by: her husband Howard Willard, III; her mother-in-law Faye Willard (late Howard); her siblings-in-law, Lori Sherwood (Bob), Dave (Cathy) and Mark Willard (Debby); and her siblings, Patrick M. Eagan, Deborah Mahoney and Colleen M. Eagan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in her name to the Cystic Fibrosis Association.
