He is survived by: his stepmother Ann Neilson; his fiancée Judy L. Sparks; his stepson Cody Guiliani; and his brothers, Mark Neilson (Linda), Peter Neilson (Gail), David Neilson (Gary), Alan Heining (Barb) and Keith Neilson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
