He is survived by: his wife Catherine Rickard (Masic); his stepchildren, Sara Masic (Dom Geracitano) and Ronald Masic (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Michael Knox Jr., Cadence Hawes, Dominic Geracitano, Peyton Geracitano, Preston Geracitano, Hailey Geracitano, Makayla Parise and Dominick Maracle; and his brother David Rickard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
