She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick W. Armstrong of Niagara Falls, NY; and her parents, George Mohan and Inez Alverda Weaver. She is survived by: her children, Tina Armstrong and Sam Armstrong (Laurie); and her granddaughters, Katherine Armstrong and Kristen Armstrong.

If desired, memorial offerings may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project and/or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
