Walter Confer III Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on October 2, 2025, Walter Confer III (Niagara Falls, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Walter farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Walter is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his father Walter Confer Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Roberta "Bobbie" Rutkowski (late Matthew); his stepfather Danny Fracassi Sr.; his brother Danny Fracassi Jr. (Gina); his niece Mia Fracassi; and his nephew Anthony "AJ" Fracassi. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
