Allen of Niagara Falls, New York, born in Batavia, New York, who passed away on October 14, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Allen and Marie Allen; and his brothers, John Allen, Tim Allen and Jim Allen.

He is survived by: his fiancée Julie Clark; his children, Annmarie Shetler (Carl) of Alabama and Richard Allen (Toni) of Barker; his pets, Minx Aurora, Felix Fritz, Falcon Henry, Ivory Rose and Blonde Jane; his grandchildren, Daniel Freeman of Lyndonville, Kirstie Allen of Lyndonville, Michael Freeman of Medina, Richard Allen (Trisha) of Lyndonville, Rachael Artis (Cortlin) of Medina and Zachary Hill of Barker; his great grandchildren, Makayli, Ryker, Tyson, Kinsley and Zariyah; and his siblings, Clyde Allen (Judy) of Mississippi and Mary Baxter (Jim) of Tennessee.
