He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bevacqua and Herva Bevacqua (Mayville); his spouse Shirley A. Bevacqua (Sdao); his son David Bevacqua (Micheline); and his brother Robert Bevacqua (late Anne).
He is survived by: his daughter Beth Maggi (late Jack); his grandchildren, Nicole Balzer (David), Alex Bevacqua, Christopher Bevacqua (Feren), Lauren Tette (Michael), Joseph Maggi (Kristen) and Nicholas Maggi (Tyler Szumada); his great grandchildren, Andrew, Zoe, William, Guy, Margaux, Arya, Joey, Carmine, Ava and Amelia; his sister Betty Rienzo (late James); and his sibling's children, Leslie McCauley (Clint) and Mark Trzeciak. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
