He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rohring and Anna [King] Rohring; his wife Dorothy L. [Babcock] Rohring; and his siblings, Joseph Kelly and Marie Boughner.
He is survived by: his children, William D. Rohring (Marjorie Heeb), Cathy Licata, Nicole Barr and Joel Rohring (Janelle); and his grandchildren, Brandi Bridges (Guy), Ron Licata, Christopher Licata, Shannon Voelker (Jake), Thomas Barr, Christine Barr, Sarina O'Malley (John) and Evan Rohring. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rhoney Funeral Home, Inc. (5893 Hoover Rd, Sanborn, NY 14132-9215). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in his name to Holy Ghost Lutheran Church or Niagara Hospice.
