He is survived by: his wife Anna "Nancy" Herbert; his son Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Sharon Herbert; his daughter Deborah; his son-in-law TJ Mesler; his grandchildren, Nate Poli (Kristi), Brooke Poli, Jackie Buss (Stephen), Matthew Herbert (Steve O'Riley), Paula Citriniti (Anthony), Summer Mesler and Lily Mesler; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Dylan and Ethan Buss.
