We are sad to announce that, on February 18, 2026, at the age of 90, Dolores R. Wheaton (Nichols, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter G. Wheaton; her son Charles Wheaton; her siblings, Almeda Wilmarth (Ed), Rex Gorsline and Gerald Gorsline; and her siblings-in-law, Michael Polzella, Adelle Wheaton, Charles "Buck" Wheaton (Marjorie), Vernon Tyrrell and Marion Hutchinson (Jack).
She is survived by: her daughters, Faye (Ron Cook) and Beth Wheaton; her grandchildren, Walter Cook, Jacob Cook and Eliza Cook (Kolyn Mott); her sister Louise Polzella; and her sisters-in-law, Harriett Gorsline and Sarah Tyrrell.
