Phillips; children: Susan (Michael) Serfass, Duane (Jacki) Phillips, Jr., Kay (Michael) Low, and Alan; grandchildren: Emalyn (Mike) Setzer, Adam (Ashley) Phillips, Erin Bright, Cameron Low (Holly Nelson), Katelyn (Paul) Harkenrider, and Christopher Serfass; great-grandchildren: Owen Setzer, Kinlee Setzer, Jack Setzer, Chase Phillips, Autumn Phillips, Lachlan Bright, Emryn Harkenrider, and Makenna Harkenrider; parents: Irving K. and Adeline E. (Chilson) Phillips; siblings: Jean Marie Phillips; siblings-in-law: Raymond and Sharon Jones, Charles and Mary Jones, and Edward L "Roy" Jones, Jr.; friend: Woody Vaughn; other: Pastor Nate Reeve; as well as many nieces, nephews, and their families.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel (273 Main St, Nichols, NY 13812). A masonic service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:45 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
