He was predeceased by: his wife Madeline R. Kaminski (Stevens); his children, Robert, Bonnie, Leo, Gail and Rick; his son-in-law William Woodruff; his friend Dave Moore; and his parents, Joseph Kaminski and Carolyn Kaminski (Legas).
He is survived by: his children, David (Terri Ham), Louise Woodruff, Connie (Scott Schmeckenbecher), Deb Ham (Tim Robinson) and Diane (Bill Zeigler); and his close friends, Doug Soden, Gale Bowen and Barb Moore.
