With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Leach Mayo of Nichols, New York, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 19, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Mayo, Sr.; her former husband Paul Leach; and her son Guy H. Leach. She is survived by: her children, Terri Krauss and Scott Leach; her grandchildren, Cheryl (Phillip), Jennifer and Dustin; her great grandchildren, Kiersten, Alicia, Tyler, Logan, Evan and Kaylon; and her stepchildren, Earl L. Mayo, Jr. (Maureen), James "Doc" Mayo (Cindy), Terrie Spencer (Bruce), Steven Mayo, David Mayo (Mary) and Jody Mayo (Christine).
