It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Arno L. Reihs of Niskayuna, New York, who passed away at the age of 85, on October 6, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich Reihs and Gertrude Reihs (Duffner); his former wife Helen Tymeson Reihs; and his siblings, Helmut Reihs and Irmgard Iacabucci.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Comeau-Reihs; his children, Arno Reihs Jr. (Karen), Christopher Reihs (Mary), Brett Reihs (Kristin) and Derik Reihs; his stepchildren, LuAnn Sullivan and David Comeau (Deborah); his grandchildren, Brendan, Meaghan, Colton, Austin, Peyton, Alexandra, Kyle, Brett Jr., Garrett, Kendall, Helena, Reaghan and Hudson; and his stepgrandchildren, Ryan, Daniel and Victoria. He is also survived by two great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Clare's Church (1947 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery (2501 Troy-Schenectady Rd, Schenectady, NY 12309).
