He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Assunta "Sue" Halvey and Richard W. Halvey; his spouse Nelida Torres-Halvey; his children, Shalyn Halvey, Ashley Halvey and Cecilia Rowe (David); his siblings, Richard (Mariann), Michael, Thomas (Robbie), Susan, Kathleen and William Halvey; his grandchildren, Giovanni, Mikayla, Celia, Elijah, Gianna and Joshua; and his brother-in-law Raymond Torres. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
