With solemn reverence, we commemorate David Hornick of Niskayuna, New York, born in Claremont, New Hampshire, whose life came to an end on November 16, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hornick and Klara Hornick; and his brother Dean Hornick. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Roberta Miller; his daughters, Sara (Luke) and Karli (Craig); his grandchildren, Rosie and Trey; his nephews, Galaxy (Era), Matthew and Daniel; his pet Raffil; and his caregiver Eugenia Luna. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A reception will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, the Northeastern Association of the Blind at Albany, Community Hospice of Albany, or Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab.
