He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Phoenix and Lillian Phoenix of Colonie, NY.; his sister Gladys; his wife Mavis; and his sons, David and Wayne.
He is survived by: his children, Janice and Mark. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
