She was predeceased by : her husband Arthur C. Clark Jr.; her parents, Basil Wells and Theda Fadden Wells; and her siblings, Mary Kearns (Donald) and James Wells.
She is survived by : her children, Jason (Norfolk) and Renee; her son-in-law Joshua Jacobs (Corning); her granddaughters, Kaylie and Alyssa Jacobs; her siblings, Patricia Winters (Bruce), Kathie Hazen (Tom), Sharon Demcsak (Wayne), Gary Wells and Bruce Wells (Carolyn); and her fur-grandchildrens, Otis, Callie and Sawyer.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Norfolk Volunteer Fire Department, 1 Furnace St., Norfolk, the Norfolk Hepburn Library, 1 Hepburn St., Norfolk or the Norfolk Volunteer Rescue Squad, 7 Sedwick St., Norfolk.
