She is survived by: her children, Jessica Faulkner of Massena and Derek Spellan (Sally) of Parish, Florida; her grandchildren, Mason, Kiera, Kaylee, Kodey and Kassidy; and her siblings, Michelle Stokes and Lawrence Smith of Chicago. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
