He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard J. Plumb and Hilda Bond Plumb. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Giovannone Fetterly; his children, Kenneth "Juddy" Plumb (Emily Bristol) and Kim Bren (Norm Haner) of Gansevoort, NY; his stepchildren, Gordon, Meghan Fetterly, Shelly Fetterly, Les Fetterly, Russell, Mary Stickney, Mary Ann McGreevy and Monica Brothers; and his sister Lois Beaudette. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Kenneth's memory can be made to the Norfolk Fire Department or Rescue Squad.
