He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin Moulton and Veronica Moulton (Doutre); his son Michael S. Moulton; his half-brothers, John and Wayne LaShomb; and his nephew Paul Moulton.
He is survived by: his wife Carline Smith of Mary's Catholic Church; his daughters, Tina Moulton of Unionville and Traci Moulton (Brian Allen) of Norwood; his grandchildren, Jared LaBrake, Alicia Moulton, Chase Daniels and Bracin Moulton; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Jace and Raegan; his brothers, Danny Moulton, Stockholm and Ricky Moulton (Gail) of Syracuse; and his half-brother Richard LaShomb (Pat) of Texas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
