She is survived by: her children, John O'Keefe Jr. (Michele Wagner), Dennis O'Keefe (Barbara O'Keefe) and Karen O'Keefe (David Siaca); and her grandchildren, Brittany, Jennifer, Samantha, Johnny, Joey, Kaitlyn, Kevin, Jason and Dawn. She is also survived by her thirteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home (448 W Main St, Babylon, NY 11702). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace RC Church (666 Albin Ave, West Babylon, NY 11704).
