She was predeceased by: her husband William M. Davis; her son William V. Davis; and her siblings, George and Gale Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Diane Carroll (Edward) of Menands, Thomas P. "Skeeter" Davis (Michelle) of Mechanicville, Mary P. Joy (late Ed) of North Greenbush and James J. Davis of Troy; and her sister Carol Schofell of Massena, NY. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
