He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Chester, Evelyn Heffner, Richard and Elizabeth Flanagan. He is survived by : his parents, Mark A. Flanagan of North Greenbush and Pamela Heffner Fleming (Mike) of Rogersville, TN.; and his siblings, Rachel Flanagan (Gerard) of Johnson City, TN. and Jeremy Flanagan of North Greenbush. He is also survived by niece and 3 nephews, several Aunts Uncles and Cousins.
