He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Derek (Jessica) and Erin (Shane); his parents, Robert and Donna; his siblings, David (Tammy) and Christina (Christopher); his mother-in-law Christina; his siblings-in-law, Mary (Greg) and Joe (Fran); and his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Holly, Jacob, Laurel, Roger, Sarah, Joelle, Johnna and Alexandra. He is also survived by his goddaughter; along with aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
In memoriam, Dan's family kindly requests that donations be made to Charlotte House or Wyoming County Angel Action, organizations whose missions reflect the compassion and care Dan showed throughout his life.
