He was predeceased by: his parents, Van V. Morgan and Ruth Morgan (Dugan); his siblings, Butch Morgan and Jean Morgan-Bennett; his brother-in-law Charlie Bennett; and his pet Babe.
He is survived by: his children, Katrina Miller-France (Doug Miller), Shannell France and Cassandra France; and his nieces and nephews, Loura Bennett, Darleen Morgan, Steve Bennett and Dave Morgan. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
