She was predeceased by: her father Charles Whaley; and her husband Michael Karczewski. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Whaley; her daughter Anna E. Yager; her grandchildren, Leif, Finn and Alexis Yager; and her sister Cheryl Emmons. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Thomas J. Pirro Jr. Funeral Home (3401 Vickery Rd, Syracuse, NY 13212). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
