He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Brislin (McLean) and John F. Brislin; his stepfather George Wright; his wives, Charlotte (Cushing) and Carlene (Dodge); and his siblings, James Brislin (Mary), John Brislin (Jean), Evelyn Corso (Frank) and Florence Cerra (Anthony).
He is survived by: his close friend Joyce Van Atta; his children, Jerome Brislin (Theresa), John Brislin (Heidi) and Catherine Moore (Patrick); his grandchildren, Katherine Macrina (Nicholas), Jerome Brislin III, Sean Brislin, Mollie Brislin, Daniel Moore (Christine) and Teresa Moore; and his great grandchild Hayden Macrina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Rose of Lima Church in North Syracuse.
