She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Himes and Marie Himes (McCasland); and her siblings, Harry C. "Buddy" Himes Jr., Valerie Himes and Barbara Wilburn (Himes).
She is survived by: her brother John Himes; her nephew Robert Wilburn Jr.; her nieces, Stacey Jantsch (Todd) and Mary Wilburn; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyle, Christian, Cooper, Abagail and Victoria.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (705 N Main St, Syracuse, NY 13212). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Kathleen's memory.
