She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Ackerley; her daughter Diane Ackerley; and her sister Frances Neuser. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Cusano (Michael); her grandson Shawn Trifoso (Ipshita); and her siblings, Patricia Bragman, Agnes Thomson, Joseph Panek and Donna Bobik (Theodore). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
