She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Ammann and Pearl Ammann of Rome, NY.; her husband George Johnson of Ilion, NY; and her grandson William Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Lauren of North Syracuse, Alan (Christine) of Baldwinsville and Sharon of West Melbourne, FL; her granddaughters, Emily Johnson, Sarah Stewart (Shane) and Rebecca Vaughn (Eamonn); and her great grandchildren, Finnegan, Jonah and Nora Vaughn.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (705 N Main St, Syracuse, NY 13212).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to The Alzheimer's Association of Central New York, The Gathering Place at North Syracuse Baptist Church, or a charity of the donor's choice.
