He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Carol Toromino; and his parents, Conrad Boudreau and Beatrice Boudreau. He is survived by: his children, Mark Boudreau (Jean), Doreen Laubacker (Robert), Glen and Paul Boudreau; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Robert, Jessica, Sarah, Bryan, Mark and Katie; his siblings, Raymond Boudreau (Dorothy) and Ritha Herringer; Genevieve Simpson (Boudreau). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Eugene may be made to Niagara Hospice.
