She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Karre and Winifred Karre (Kohler); her husband W. James Heller; and her siblings, Anita Miramon (Albert) and LaVerne Karre.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Heller (Sharon Barrett), Cindy Gaston (late Dennis) and Karen Toye. She is also survived by one great great grandchild, also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Gerry's memory to Niagara Hospice or Buffalo Hospice.
