She is survived by: her husband Douglas Burdick; her children, Douglas Burdick (Christine), Keith Burdick (Barb), Scott Burdick, Bonnie May and Todd Burdick (Nancy); her grandchildren, Shane Reed (Michelle), Edward May (Chelsey), Natasha Zeal (Daniel), Andrew Burdick, Alexander Burdick (Andrea), Jessica Burdick, Jennipher Burdick (Zach), Courtney Burley (Jason), Sarah Pietricone (Zachary) and Rebekah Dunn; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Preston, Amelia, Addison, Delaney, Joelle, Savannah, Todd, Dominick, Trevor, Alanna and Dylan; and her brothers, Richard Surdel (Joan) and Timothy Surdel (Diane).
