He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Gawrys and Josephine Gawrys (Jungier); and his brother Terry Gawrys. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his son Joseph Gawrys (Elizabeth); his sisters, Linda Dewiel (Lyle) and Arlene Gerfin (Tom Dumond); his sister-in-law Rose Gawrys (Bach); and his grandchildren, Braelyn and Paxton Gawrys. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
