He is survived by: his children, Amy Petrow (Edward) of Tucson, AZ, Stephen Kosut of Buffalo, NY and Andrew Kosut of Lewiston, NY; his stepchildren, Barbara Hughes (Kevin) of North Tonawanda, NY, John Blair (Lynn) of Clarence, NY and Laurie Cordero (Benny) of Grand Island, NY; his grandchildren, Alison, Grace Petrow, Dr. Kevin II (Lisa), Sean Hughes, Rachael, Ashley Blair, Emily and Natalyn Cordero; and his siblings, Stephen Kosut (Pat) of Lockport, NY, Margaret "Peg" Curtis (late Ray) of Tucson, AZ, Jack Kosut of Richmond, VA, Judy Zambarda (Eugene) of East Amherst, NY and Dan Kosut (MaryAnn) of Charlottesville, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
