It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Mulvaugh of North Tonawanda, New York, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on July 1, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Mulvaugh and Elizabeth Mulvaugh; and his sister Carole Bell. He is survived by : his wife Karen Mulvaugh; his sons, Andrew Mulvaugh (Jennifer) of North Tonawanda and Michael Mulvaugh (Chloe) of North Tonawanda; his sisters, Linda McNinch of North Tonawanda and Deborah Bialecki (Rich) of Haines City; his sister-in-law Vicki Kelly of Amherst; and his grandchildren, Lilly, Jacob, Graham, Kennedy and Skylar Mulvaugh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
