It is with sadness that the passing of Robert Morris of North Tonawanda, New York is shared. Robert, born on July 29, 1933 in Albany, New York, passed away on August 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce; his children, Patricia Amato and Steven Morris; and his brother Roger Morris. He is survived by: his sons, Paul Morris of Evergreen, CO and Michael Morris (Larisa) of Westminster, CO; his children-in-law, Jeffrey Amato (Elaine Roman) and Jackie Morris (Smith); his granddaughters, Rachel Gersitz (William), Elizabeth Szocki (Matthew) and Samantha Morris; his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Benjamin, Lincoln and Thomas; and his sisters, Catherine Nicosia (late Richard) and Mary Zent (late Thomas).
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fretthold & Hamp Funeral Home (37 Adam St, Tonawanda, NY 14150). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Christopher R. C. Church (2660 Niagara Falls Blvd, Tonawanda, NY 14150).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bob's name to the Niagara County SPCA or Niagara Hospice.
