He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Donald and Judy Plowe; and his brother Christopher Brown. He is survived by: his wife Lynda M. Brown; his children, Stephen W. Brown, II (Lauren) and Kaylee Brown (Shawn Epps); his grandchildren, Jayvion, Gem and Chayce; his parents, Stephen W. Brown and Joyce Brown; his sister Amy Christine Brown; his sisters-in-law, Leisa Zanghi (Bruce) and Laureen Anderson (Charles); Robin Sutton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
