He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; and his child Jean Chiovarelli (Joseph). He is survived by: his children, Fred Chacalos Wendy Martin (Evelyn), Jayne Kelly (Thomas), Donna Peloquin (Paul), Jennifer Godfrey (Patrick) and Carrie Kropp (Jeffrey); and his brother John.
