It is with sadness that the passing of John J. Gallogly of Northport, New York is shared. John, born on August 9, 1930, passed away on August 21, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John J. Gallogly to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Regina Bacik (Joseph); his sister Catherine "Kay" Germino (late Mike); and his parent Irish. He is survived by: his wife Mary Gallogly; his children, JoAnn Gallogly, Maryjane Pape, Theresa Sasso (Lewis), Sheila Eggimann (Marc) and John Gallogly (Susan); his grandchildren, Anthony Sasso (Carolyn), James Sasso (Caroline), Johnowen Sasso, Andrew Pape (Kristen), Emily Pape, Ryan Pape, Kyle Bacik, Jaclyn Bacik and Megan Bacik; his great grandchildren, Vincent, Sophie, Charlotte, Lucy and Jacob; and his sister Margaret "Toddy" Masterson (late Edward). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nolan Funeral Home, Inc. (5 Laurel Ave, Northport, NY 11768). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Philip Neri Church (344 Main St, Northport, NY 11768). The inurnment was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933).
