He is survived by: his siblings, Logan Conklin of South Plymouth, NY and Heather Conklin (Robert Peck); his nieces and nephews, Madisyn and Taylor of Guilford, NY; his sister Beth Sherrard (Adam); and his nieces and nephews, Mason, Brayden and Raegan of Port Jefferson, NY.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
