He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gage Barkley and Beverly Ireland Barkley Streichert; his wife Susan Frink (Frink); his children, Jessica Hoople (Robert) of Norwich and Cole Barkley (Bethany) of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Owen Hoople, Grace and Ava Barkley; his siblings, Mary Ann Vidler (Reg), Gary Barkley of Norwich, Terry Barkley (Barb) of Utica and Deborah Loewenstein (Joe) of Cincinnati, OH; his siblings-in-law, Guy Davis of Norwich, Wayne Frink (Ann Marie) of Syracuse and Lisa O'Connell (Mike) of Horseheads, NY.; his aunts, Peggy Parker and Peggy Loucks; his uncle Jack Parker (Alice Fazio); his nieces and nephews, Shanee LoMauro (Eric), Kirstin Mackey (Chris), Julia Herring (Justin), Michael Loewenstein, Andrew Loewenstein (Brittany), Hannah Loewenstein, Ben Davis (Terah), Mike Davis, Michaela Keener, Jackie Frink, Tom Frink (Liz), Brayden O'Connell (Anna Grafton), Jarrett O'Connell (Kileigh Bouyea) and Curtis O'Connell; his close friends, Tommy Brown, Ken Law, Bob Bowen, Mike, Ann Carnrike and Patty Bonnell; his sister Sheryl Davis; his sister-in-law Judy Barkley; his uncles, Jerry Parker and Ronald Loucks; and his in-laws, William and Betty Frink.
